1. Definition

The Direct Seller Contract/Agreement shall include the following documents, along with any future amendments or updates issued by the company:

• The Direct Seller Application Form with applicable terms and conditions.
• The Company’s Business Plan and Operational Guidelines.
• The Code of Conduct and Ethical Policy for Independent Fashion Associates.
• The 30-Day Product Return and Refund Policy.
• The Transfer of Distributor Rights Policy for registered members.

Note: Glow Together Fashion Pvt. Ltd. may update these documents periodically on its official website — https://glowtogetherglobalfashion.com.

2. Eligibility Criteria

All Independent Distributors must be 18 years of age or older and provide valid identification documents. The distributor assumes full responsibility for the authenticity of all submitted information.

3. Direct Selling Participation

Joining as an Independent Distributor is a voluntary decision. Distributors purchase products directly from the company and promote them independently while developing their own customer base and business network.

4. Duration of Agreement

This agreement shall remain valid until terminated by either party in accordance with Clause No. 9 of this document.

5. Return & Refund Policy

Distributors may return products within 28 days from the date of invoice as per the company’s Return & Refund Policy. Refunds will be processed only after proper verification and approval.

6. Transfer of Distributorship

In case of the distributor’s death, the distributorship may be transferred to a nominated family member or legal heir upon submission of the required documents and company approval.

7. Payments & Bank Transactions

All financial transactions, including incentives, discounts, and refunds, will be processed only through NEFT or other approved banking channels into the distributor’s registered bank account.

Note: The company does not conduct cash transactions under any circumstances.

8. Distributor Obligations

Distributors must adhere to the company’s ethical and operational guidelines:

• Products must not be sold above the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) mentioned on the label unless authorized in writing by the company.
• All applicable company policies and laws must be followed diligently.

8.1 The Distributor Shall Not:

• Misrepresent product details, business plans, or compensation structures.
• Distribute unauthorized promotional content or training materials.
• Share login credentials or confidential business information with third parties.
• Engage in fraudulent or unethical business practices.

9. Termination of Agreement

• The agreement will terminate automatically if all products are returned and refunds are processed within 30 days of the invoice date.
• The company reserves the right to terminate a distributorship for any violation of its ethical standards or policies.
• Involvement in illegal or misleading activities may lead to immediate termination of distributorship.

10. Relationship Between Parties

The Independent Distributor operates as an independent contractor and not as an employee or agent of Glow Together Fashion Pvt. Ltd. Incentives and earnings depend solely on individual performance and sales as per the company’s compensation plan.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any concerns or disputes must be reported to the company’s Grievance Redressal Cell within 30 days of occurrence. The company commits to providing a resolution within 30 days of receiving the complaint.

12. Amendments & Modifications

Glow Together Fashion Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend, update, or discontinue any part of its business plan, policies, or terms at its discretion, without prior notice.

Disclaimer

I, the undersigned, confirm that I am 18 years of age or older. I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms and conditions of Glow Together Fashion Pvt. Ltd. as an Independent Distributor. I acknowledge that this agreement does not constitute employment, and I am solely responsible for managing my business and taxes.

I consent to tax deductions as per the Income Tax Act, 1961 or any other applicable law and confirm that my distributorship rights are non-transferable without prior company approval.

Declaration

I hereby declare that I fully understand and agree to all the terms and conditions of Glow Together Fashion Pvt. Ltd. By signing this document, I pledge to conduct my business ethically and responsibly as an Independent Distributor.
